サンフィッシュ目(Centrarchiformes、IPA:[sɛnˈtrɑːrkɪfɔːrmiːz])は、21科を含む条鰭綱の目である[1] 。以前はスズキ目に含まれていた。この目はオーストラリア大陸と南アメリカを含む広い範囲に生息する[2][3]。体長は2.5cm（Elassoma gilberti）から1.8m（Maccullochella peelii）まで様々[4]。サンフィッシュ目はFishes of the World 第5版（2016年版）では認められていない[5]ものの、2023年11月にWorld Register of Marine Speciesに登録されている[1]。
